Our Founding Story
In 1997, Mr. Emmanuel C. Fabella, Mrs. Loreto E. Fabella, and Ms. Luzviminda C. Fabella founded what was then known as St. Benedict School of Novaliches, Inc. (SBSN) — drawing on their combined experience as administrators and teachers from exclusive schools in the Philippines.
From its humble beginnings, the institution built a reputation for strong discipline and effective learning programs focused on the intellectual, moral, and spiritual development of every student. Graduates consistently gain admission to prestigious universities across the country, earning CSBNthe distinction of being “a solid training ground for top professionals and leaders in various industries in the Philippines.”
Now in its 29th year, CSBNcontinues this legacy under the leadership of Ms. Luzviminda C. Fabella — the school's founding principal and current President — guided always by the Benedictine motto: Ora et Labora (Pray and Work).

Executive Leadership
A founding member of CSBN with over 56 years of teaching experience, Ms. Fabella (Teacher Luz) has served as Grade School Principal since 1997 and as President since 2021. She holds a B.S.E. Ed. from St. Paul College Manila and is a PAASCU Accreditor.
Corporate Secretary and CFO with 26 years of experience. Holds degrees in Business Administration & Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Juris Doctor from San Beda College.
